well this life has taken me everywhere
and i wonder is there no place like home?
i tried making so many changes
and still i wonder is there any place like home.

I will always remember the times
me and my frens broke the rules
tuning and singing so many rhymes
and i remember home.

How many times i used to wonder about freedom
away from family, my frens , my ppl
but right now i am found wanting
when i am away from them
i search
for my family , my frens ,my ppl.

I wonder how my frens must be enjoyin home
drinking , laughing , smoking and enjoying
and here i sit a long way from home
pondering , dreaming , dying
of a life i could have lived.

I remember the roads to my home
the breeze passing me comforting me
from my way back from school , college
guiding me home.

The memories will always be cherished
lord look after my family , my frens, my ppl
